Job Description:

Responsible for daily functions of scheduling. Accurately schedules surgical procedures based on allocated time, availability of surgical equipment and instruments. Resolves potential scheduling conflicts. Prepares daily reports.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.

One year previous experience, or hospital/clerical experience.

Previous scheduling and authorization experience preferred.

ICD 10 and CPT code knowledge preferred.

Knowledge of insurance carriers and medical terminology preferred.

Must have excellent customer service and computer skills.
