Florida Cardiovascular Partners Surgical Center is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
About the Role
The Cardiovascular Technologist provides technical support during cardiovascular and vascular procedures, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with cardiovascular and vascular procedures
- Preparing patients, procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Operating and maintaining cardiovascular equipment
- Assisting with hemodynamic monitoring and procedural documentation
- Maintaining sterile technique and infection prevention standards
- Supporting patient safety and emergency procedures
- Maintaining equipment and procedural supplies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related program
- Applicable Florida license, registration, or certification
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification or ability to obtain
- Previous cardiovascular, cath lab, vascular, interventional, or surgical experience preferred
