Radiology Technologist

North Shore Surgical Suites, is seeking a motivated Radiology Technologist to join our team. North Shore Surgical Suites is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. At North Shore Surgical Suites, we believe health and care are inseparable. We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Orthopedics, Spine.

Job Summary:

The Radiology Technician will perform multiple procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of special imaging and radiology equipment. Skilled at sterile field assistance during operating room and pain management procedures.  Maintains a professional relationship with physicians and staff.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma / GED
• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology.
• Active state license and ARRT license required upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Knowledgeable of local, state, federal and Joint Commission Regulations.
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
