Hacienda Surgery Center is hiring for a Full Time Medical Assistant

 

Hacienda Surgery Center is a fast-paced, multi-specialty, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.  

 

What You Will Do  (Job Summary) :

Under the direction of the Administrator, the physician, and RN, the Medical Assistant (MA) provides assistance with a variety of activities involving patient care and environmental cleaning in the pre-op/post-op areas.   May also work front desk as needed.

Starting Pay Range$24 to $28/hr depending on experience

 

 


Required Skills

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS Certification.
  • 1 year of GI experience.
  • Basic understanding of practices and concepts related to endoscopy procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.

Required Experience

·        High School Diploma or GED 

·        Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant or CNA program.

·        1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or CNA, or other direct patient care role.  

·        Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 

·        BLS accredited by AHA required.
