Job Description:
We are looking for a Registration Representative at the Colorado Urologic Surgery Center located in Superior, CO.
Registration Representative are responsible for patient admissions, chart preparation and scheduling appointments. This is a fast paced environment and multitasking skills are essential. Customer service focus is a valued attribute. Must be able to work independently in a busy medical office and be able to navigate situations as well as problem solve.

- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with patients, vendors and other employees
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset patients
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all patients, such as being personable and attentive
- Multitasking and the ability to switch between tasks with ease
- Past experience in a Medical office preferred
- Will train with right attitude
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of preferred Registration Representative experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed
