Patient Service Representative

Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our fast‑paced surgical hospital. We are committed to delivering high‑quality care and a positive experience for patients and their families.

This is a collaborative, cross‑functional role supporting multiple disciplines across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical procedures (part‑time surgery scheduling)
• Support charge entry processes
• Serve as backup for insurance verification functions, as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with patient scheduling, charge entry, or insurance verification
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
