In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Recent hospital management experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of hospital management of multiple clinical departments. Supervision of Surgical Services, Medical/Surgical Unit and Pre-op/Recovery is a plus.
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience working directly with physicians on key strategic initiatives and projects.
• Demonstrated experience in serving in a leadership role for at least 3 Joint Commission hospital accreditation surveys in the last 10 years.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital and nursing regulatory requirements.
• Master''s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
• Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing
• State of Texas Registered Nurse License
