Pacific Endoscopy Center is looking for a Registered Nurse- Clinical Team Lead to join our amazing patient-focused team.
What You Will Do (Job Summary):
Registered Nurse- Clinical Team Lead is entrusted with delivering high-quality patient care through a structured process that includes comprehensive assessment, meticulous planning, effective treatment, and thorough evaluation. This role involves not only providing professional nursing care but also ensuring that each patient’s needs are met in a manner that prioritizes safety, compassion, and individualized attention. You will be responsible for performing Staff RN duties while also taking on leadership responsibilities, including:
- Overseeing quality initiatives such as QAPI and Infection Control programs.
- Monitoring the Checklist for Environment and Safety.
- Serving as a trainer in ENVI ordering and providing backup for Material Management Inventory Batch approvals.
- Supporting HR (health documents) updates and acting as a backup for the Business Office Coordinator (BOC).

The starting rate for this role is between $40 to $50 an hour, depending on experience.
Monday-Friday work schedule. Some Saturday work hours depending on center needs
NO call required, NO Nights
Ability to float to other centers with added compensation

Required Skills
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in Hawaii
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1+ years' previous experience in Endoscopy, PreOP, or PostOp
- Nursing leadership experience preferred
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
- Must have current BLS accredited by AHA
- Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
