GulfShore Endoscopy Center, is seeking a motivated Endoscopy Registered Nurse, Full timer to join our team.
GulfShore Endoscopy Center is a multi-specialty surgery center committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required.
Job Summary: The Endo RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Experience as a RN in Pre Op/PACU or ICU, endoscopy preferred
- Currently licenses in the state.
- BLS
- Current ACLS preferred or included in education plan
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
- Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- IV Skills
- New nurses encouraged to apply!
