We have an opening for Regional Business Office Manager to manage the business offices of our Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento and our Sacramento Midtown Endoscopy Center locations.
Both centers are Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service oriented environment.
What You Will Do (Job Summary):
The Business Office Manager provides day-to-day management of the business office staff and will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our healthcare facility. You will oversee and manage the business office operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity for career growth in a dynamic and patient-focused environment.
Some Key Duties Include:
- Will lead an efficient, successful, highly focused customer service trained business office team, including surgery scheduling, admissions/registration, insurance verification. collections/billing
- Manage revenue cycle process, including establish and maintain protocols for the charge entry, complete all month end close processes, other financial processes.
- Assures compliance to industry regulatory standards as well as North Central/USPI Business Office standards, policies and procedures.
Starting pay range for this position is $83,200 - $114,400 annually, depending on experience.

Required Skills
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degree in a business or HIM related field.
- 5+ years’ supervisory experience in a medical setting; hospital, surgery center; physician’s office
- Experience with revenue cycle processes
- Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer automated accounting systems
- Experience working with all types of third party payers. (HMO, PPO, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.
