Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to join our team! Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is an Orthopedic Hospital in Mesa Arizona. We operate 4 OR's and 2 procedure rooms five days a week.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Manager role based in Mesa, AZ. The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily operations of the lab, ensuring compliance with regulations and upholding quality control standards. Responsibilities include managing laboratory staff, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, coordinating research and development (R&D) projects, and ensuring timely and accurate testing and reporting. Collaboration with medical personnel and continuous improvement of lab processes are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Expertise in Quality Control and understanding of regulatory compliance standards.
• Hands-on Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and testing procedures.
• Strong Phlebotomy skills is a must
• Proficiency in handling and maintaining Laboratory Equipment.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage laboratory teams effectively.
• Current CPR
