East Portland Surgery Center is looking for a full-time Nurse Aide to join our amazing patient-focused team.

What You Will Do   (Job Summary): 

The Nurse Aide assists in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other healthcare professionals.   Duties include maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring patient comfort and safety.   This role will care for patients in PreOp/PACU areas 

 

 

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Required Skills

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • CNA, MA or other training program completed.  Certification preferred.
  • Patient Care experience needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Current BLS accredited by AHA.
