This physician-owned facility, accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, operates 2 ORs and 1 treatment room supporting Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, and Spine specialties.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Float to join our team! In this role, you will rotate across various business office duties to ensure smooth daily operations of the center. You’ll work closely with our front desk, scheduling, insurance verification, payment posting, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in medical office administration who is looking for a stable, full-time position with no weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Verify patient insurance coverage and handle authorizations
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Collect and post patient payments accurately
- Handle front desk tasks including answering phones, managing patient records, and coordinating with clinical staff
- Assist with billing and payment reconciliations as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the business office team

Required Skills
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Proven longevity in previous roles
- Medical office experience is a must (including insurance verification, chart building, front desk, scheduling, payment posting and more)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (knowledge of EMR systems required
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
