Metropolitan Surgery Center is seeking an experienced and engaged Clinical Director for our busy ASC. The right person will oversee our clinical departments through key tasks such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervision. We are looking for a professional with proven but flexible strategies to allow for continued growth. We are looking for someone able to solve problems quickly and effectively using excellent critical thinking skills with emotional intelligence.

Salary Range: Min $69.71 to Max $71.36

Required Skills

•Graduate of a professional school of Nursing, prefer a minimum of BSN
•Current and active New Jersey RN license 
•Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
•Minimum three years of OR experience 
•At least two years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area 
•Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others
