Monocacy Surgery Center is hiring a full-time RN Clinical Manager

Monocacy Surgery Center is seeking an experienced and highly motivated RN Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care. This role plays a critical part in directing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting clinical excellence throughout the center.


The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing clinical operations within the surgery center. This leader ensures that nursing practice meets the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency, while fostering a culture that exceeds patient, physician, and staff expectations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
  • Three years of operating room/critical care experience preferred.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area is a plus.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position. 

Pay Range: Min: $48.92 to Max: $52.60

(Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
