Certified Sterile Processing Technician at Lakewood Surgery Center
The Certified Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
- Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program
- Must be a certified Sterile Processing Technician
- Experience with all types of sterilizers
- Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed
Pay Range: $32.00-$38.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
