Surgery Center at St. Francis is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Medical Receptionist/Office Personnel to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation while providing exceptional service to patients, staff, and providers.

This role offers a work-life balance with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow efficiently
• Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and filing
• Handle medical billing tasks and process payments as needed
• Support office operations with clerical and administrative duties
• Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients to ensure seamless care

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Demonstrated longevity in past roles (consistent work history is highly valued)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in medical office software, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus
