• 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Treatment Room

• Advanced technology supporting specialties including Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and ENT

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for our Full-Time Patient Registration role. This position is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and registering patients

• Verifying insurance and collecting required documentation

• Managing patient information with accuracy and confidentiality

• Supporting front office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Strong history of longevity in previous roles

• Recent experience in a similar patient registration or medical office position preferred

• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
