Position Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist specializing in ,FibroScan testing is ideal, to join our growing team. The Ultrasound Technologist will perform non-invasive liver stiffness measurements and controlled attenuation parameter testing using FibroScan technology to assist in the diagnosis and management of liver diseases. This role requires exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform FibroScan procedures according to established protocols.

  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain testing processes, and ensure patient comfort.

  • Accurately document findings and ensure timely reporting to the ordering provider.

  • Maintain equipment in optimal working condition and coordinate any needed maintenance.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Adhere to all HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • ARDMS or equivalent ultrasound certification required.

  • Experience with FibroScan technology preferred, but training will be provided for qualified candidates.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
