Grand Junction Endoscopy Center is seeking a Full Time- PreOp/PACU Nurse to join the team!   

Qualified candidates can be Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Grand Junction Endoscopy Center is a fast-paced Endoscopy Surgery Center 

 

Job Summary: 

This position has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre, intra, and post procedure patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. Utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care during the patient visit. Coordinates total patient care in coordination with other health care team members. Functions as a patient advocate utilizing the Patient's Bill of Rights. Demonstrates professional growth and development by accepting responsibility and accountability for one's nursing practice.

 

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

 

 

The pay range is $25.00 - $42.00/hour, depending on license and experience

Required Skills

  • Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with an unrestricted license to practice in CO
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Must have current BLS.  ACLS preferred.  
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
  • Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians
