Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Administration team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting hospital leadership through in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and data-driven insights. Your work will help optimize resources, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to support strategic planning and performance improvement.

Develop and maintain cost accounting models, revenue projections, and service line profitability reports.

Create reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to executives and department leaders.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing trends and performance metrics.

Partner with clinical and operational teams to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives.

Monitor data integrity and ensure accuracy of financial and operational reporting.

Conduct benchmarking and variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support decision-making with scenario analysis and cost-benefit assessments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, decision support, or healthcare analytics in an acute care setting.

Proficiency in financial modeling, cost accounting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with hospital financial systems and databases (e.g., Cerner, Strata, EPSi, Oracle, SQL).

Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.

Knowledge of hospital reimbursement methodologies and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
