Financial Analyst

·        Financial & Operational Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial, operational, and clinical analyses to support hospital leadership in strategic planning and performance improvement.

·        Cost & Revenue Modeling: Develop and maintain cost accounting models, revenue projections, and service line profitability analyses to optimize resource allocation.

·        Decision Support & Reporting: Generate detailed reports and dashboards that translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior executives and department leaders.

·        Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting process by analyzing historical data, trends, and performance metrics to inform projections.

·        Clinical & Financial Integration: Work closely with clinical departments to evaluate the financial impact of care delivery models, patient outcomes, and efficiency initiatives.

·        Data Integrity & Management: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and operational data by validating sources and implementing quality controls.

·        Benchmarking & Variance Analysis: Compare hospital performance against industry benchmarks, identify variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.

·        Decision-Making Support: Assist leadership with scenario analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and feasibility studies for new programs and initiatives.

·        Collaboration & Communication: Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including finance, IT, and clinical operations, to streamline data-driven decision-making processes.
