Certified Nursing Assistant at Surgi-Center of Central VA:

·       Assist patients with pre-operative and post-operative care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians.

·       Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.

·       Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation.

·       Support patients and ensure their comfort and safety.

·       Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized patient care environment.

·       Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.

 

Qualifications

Education:

·       High School diploma or equivalent

Licensure/Certification:                                                     

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Virginia.
  • CPR certification.

Required Experience:

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

·       Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

·       Longevity in past roles.
