Certified Nursing Assistant – Part-Time
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our inpatient care team on a part-time basis. This role supports nursing staff in delivering hands-on care, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, meals, and toileting
- Record and report patient vital signs and other relevant observations
- Help reposition, transfer, and transport patients safely
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms and common areas
- Support the nursing team by preparing rooms, restocking supplies, and documenting care as needed
- Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Previous experience in a hospital or surgical care setting preferred
