Sterile Processing Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department including, but not limited to, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the daily activities of the department by working collaboratively with other departments as needed to ensure efficient, safe, and effective instrument and equipment availability. The manager will perform administrative functions as delegated by the Director of Surgical Services, such as supervision and evaluation of staff, managing instrument inventories, and providing required documentation and reporting.

Qualifications: 

High school graduate or equivalent.
Certification required – CRCST or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Instrument Room Technician or equivalent experience in a hospital setting. 3-5 years’ experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience. 2+ years.
Possess good communication skills
