West Bozeman Surgery Center has an immediate need for a Full Time - Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/PACU! We are looking for a top-performer with solid knowledge of Pre-operative and Post-operative Recovery Nursing. This is a fast-paced environment that is driven to reach the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes.

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Required Skills
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license to practice in the state of Montana.
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting. PreOP/PACU, or Critical Care experience preferred.
- Experience working in an ASC is a plus.
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors and the public.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be team-oriented and patient-focused.
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
- Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
- Excellent teaching skills
- Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
