Sierra Endoscopy Center has an opening for a full-time GI Tech and Business Office Float
Job Summary
In this position, you will spend part time as a GI Tech and part time as a Business Office Float.
GI Tech
As a GI Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining video endoscopes and accessories in the GI Endoscopy suites under the Center Manager's guidance. You must follow CDC guidelines for infection prevention and control. Additionally, you will assist physicians and staff nurses during procedures, perform daily equipment maintenance, and support the center's mission.
Business Office Float
As a Business Office Float, you will be responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary. Many duties including scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient calls and chart building.
Monday-Friday work schedule
NO call required
NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

The pay range is $23 - $26/hour, depending on experience.
Required Skills
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of GI/Endo procedures or sterile processing techniques
· Prior experience as a GI Tech, Endo Tech, Medical Assistant, or Sterile Processing Tech
· Familiarity with clinical or surgical settings
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain)
· Hospital or medical office experience required.
· Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
