Medical Assistant FT - Dr. Beacham

Full Time Medical Assistant needed for interventional pain management clinic in Oklahoma City

• Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays

Responsibilities

• Responsible for rooming and interviewing patients
• Obtaining and documenting vitals and patient history
• Drawing up injections and at times administer injections
• Obtaining consents for procedures
• MA will call patients pre and post procedures
• Other duties will include triage, scheduling procedures and diagnostic testing, scanning/indexing and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Position requires a minimum of one year clinical experience 
• Experience in pain management is preferred
• Must be knowledgeable in medical terminology as it relates to spine
• Applicants with EPIC and pain management experience will be prioritized
• Must be a team player who is organized, dependable and shows initiative in helping team members complete tasks so our patients are well taken care of
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
