Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management, directors and managers in supporting the Hospital. This position carries out administrative responsibilities in the following functional areas: New hire onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, recruitment, negotiating offers, pre-employment, performance management, policy implementation, employee relations, uploading documents to ee files, general benefits, and complies with all hospital standards and state and national labor laws.  Serves as first point of contact for all on site employee general questions regarding HR. Maintains accurate and complete personnel and payroll files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of general HR experience
• Hospital experience preferred, knowledge of Joint Commission requirements and licensure a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Kronos timekeeping and ADP are preferable
• Computer proficiency required
• Customer service orientated
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Must understand the confidential nature of Human Resources
• Ability to multitask
