Atherton Endoscopy Center is seeking a motivated GI Tech - FT to join our team. Our center is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to delivering the highest quality care and experience for patients and their families.
Job Summary
The GI technician/Endoscopy functions under the direct supervision of a surgeon to assist with the operation of technical equipment used during simple and complex endoscopic procedures. The physician, registered nurse and the GI technician work as a team in the procedure room to provide the optimal conditions in achieving positive patient outcomes. The GI technician is also responsible for cleaning, disinfecting and maintaining endoscopes and other instrumentation. Other GI technician responsibilities include facilitating patient flow, room turnover. Stocking procedure rooms, ordering supplies and performing a variety of clerical duties.
Monday-Friday work schedule. Some Saturday work hours depending on center needs

The pay range for this position is $36 - $45/hr, depending on experience
Required Skills
Qualifications:
- · High school graduate or equivalent
- · Previous clinical experience in GI Procedure Room environment desired.
- · Current certification in CPR.
