Financial Analyst at Saint Thomas Hospital for Specialty Surgery
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our hospital’s finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting budgeting, financial reporting, and operational analysis to drive informed decision-making within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, healthcare financial experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare finance regulations and reimbursement methodologies is a plus.
