We are currently seeking a collaborative and strategic Clinical Director to lead our surgical services department. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff development, and operational efficiency to ensure safe, high-quality care in alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

What You’ll Do:

Provide clinical leadership and direction for pre-op, intra-op, and PACU teams
Oversee daily operations of surgical services, ensuring efficient patient flow and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and executive leadership to support departmental and hospital-wide initiatives
Monitor quality indicators and patient outcomes, developing action plans for improvement as needed
Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent while fostering a culture of accountability, support, and engagement
Conduct regular staff education, training, and competency assessments
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements
Develop and manage departmental budgets, staffing models, and supply utilization strategies
Serve as a resource and advocate for both patients and staff

Required Experience

Active RN license in the state of Texas required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting.
BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
Proven track record of clinical management and operational excellence.
