We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our nursing and clinical teams. This role oversees daily clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development, and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to nursing and clinical staff
- Ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of patient care services
- Manage staffing levels, clinical workflows, and scheduling to support operational needs
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Oversee infection control and quality assurance programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Participate in budget planning and resource management
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in line with industry best practices
- Serve as a mentor, coach, and resource to clinical team members

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of endoscopy procedures and outpatient surgical workflows
- Proficiency with EMRs, clinical documentation, and compliance protocols
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture
Required Experience
- Current RN license in the state of Texas (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership in an ASC, hospital, or endoscopy setting
- Experience in quality management and regulatory compliance highly desirable
