What You’ll Do:
- As a Preoperative RN, you’ll assess patients before surgery, ensuring they’re fully prepared for their procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, answering any questions and providing reassurance.
- Monitor patients’ vitals, review medical histories, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Required Skills
- Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
- Current RN license in Tennessee.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent preoperative, PreOp or PACU experience.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles, with a history of long-term commitment and progression in past positions.
