We’re seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) on a per-diem basis to support our growing OR team. This role is ideal for someone with flexible availability who thrives in a team-focused surgical environment and wants to contribute to excellent patient care without a full-time commitment.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and staff by passing instruments and anticipating needs
- Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and supplies
- Help with room turnover, equipment cleaning, and surgical readiness
- Perform instrument and supply counts per protocol
- Support compliance with infection prevention and safety guidelines

Required Skills
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques

Required Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- CST certification required
- BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of OR experience preferred
- Familiarity with specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, and GI is a plus
