Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical operations at our state-of-the-art surgery center. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive knowledge of ambulatory surgical services and a passion for quality healthcare.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.

Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.

Provide leadership and support to nursing and clinical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and administrative staff to enhance patient experience and surgical outcomes.

Required Experience
- Active RN license in the state of Texas required.

- BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
- Proven track record of clinical management and operational excellence.
