Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to lead and oversee clinical operations at our state-of-the-art surgery center. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive knowledge of ambulatory surgical services and a passion for quality healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Provide leadership and support to nursing and clinical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and administrative staff to enhance patient experience and surgical outcomes.

  • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.

  • Manage clinical budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.

  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

Required Skills

Required Experience

  • Active RN license in the state of Texas required.

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
  • Proven track record of clinical management and operational excellence.
