Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist provides high-quality rehabilitation services by evaluating, planning, and implementing treatments tailored to patients’ needs. The PT collaborates with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure a safe and effective recovery plan for each patient.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and function.

Review current diagnoses, prognoses, and therapy goals with patients and families.

Implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques that optimize recovery outcomes.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient care.

Provide education on injury prevention, ergonomics, and body mechanics.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
What We’re Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
-
Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
-
BLS certification preferred
-
Knowledgeable in current treatment protocols and rehabilitation equipment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to adapt to patient needs and changing rehabilitation requirements
