Radiologic Technologist Full Time

Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking a Full Time Radiologic Technologist. Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is a surgical hospital, specializing in Orthopedic surgeries.

The Radiologic Technologist works in an intraoperative capacity, with duties to include:

• Perform multiple procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of special imaging and radiology equipment.
• Skilled at sterile field assistance during operating room procedures
• Demonstrates good knowledge of principles and practices of procedural technique
• Demonstrates knowledge of equipment, procedures and positions used for various procedures.
• Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, and stamina.
• Maintains a professional relationship with physicians and staff

Requirements:

• OEC C-Arms experience required
• Portables (Intra-Operative/Post-Operative) experience required
• Must have a current Arizona state license (MRT)
• ARRT and current CPR Certification required
• Hospital experience required
• On Call Rotation: Weekday and rotating weekends required
  • On Call holidays also required. Seven holidays rotated between 4 staff, when patients are still in house. This is rare!
• Hospital operates Monday - Friday, with on call on weekends until all patients are discharged.
