Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Certified Surgical Tech to join our team. The Surgical Tech will play a crucial role in assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a sterile environment in our modern surgical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize the surgical suite before each procedure.
- Assist the surgical team by providing the necessary instruments and supplies.
- Ensure a sterile field is maintained throughout the surgical procedure.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide prompt assistance.
- Handle surgical instruments with care and proficiency.
- Assist with patient positioning and draping.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and efficient surgical environment.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in post-operative cleanup and restocking of the surgical suite.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

Required Skills
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certificatioin
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a Surgical Tech in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
