General Summary:

Primarily responsible for supporting end users in various USPI financial systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite, Great Plains Dynamics, and Aqualogic BPM.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The Financial Systems Support Analyst is the primary escalation point for end user support requests escalated to the IT Financial Systems team.

• Resolve issues related to Oracle, Great Plains, RAMI Fixed Assets and Aqualogic BPM
• Install client software and resolve installation issues on customer computers
• After cross-training, provide backup support to additional applications supported by the Financial Systems team
• For issues with other systems, ensure required background information is collected, and escalate to the Financial Systems team member responsible for the system.
• Work hours are generally 8:30 to 5:30, extended hours required to resolve time sensitive issues
• After hours call is required, although call volume for after hours support is very low

Qualifications:

1 year experience using or supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (Payables, General Ledger) preferred

1 year experience using or supporting Aqualogic BPM preferred

Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

Experience with SQL*Plus and/or MS SQL is helpful

Past experience in an IT Support role is helpful

College degree is a plus but is not required.
