Shore Outpatient Surgicenter has an immediate need for a full time RN PAT Caller! At Shore Outpatient Surgicenter, we focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
Job Summary: The PACU nurse is responsible for implementing all physician orders, providing for the continuity and quality of nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patients' condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. Responsible for providing total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation. Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge.

Required Skills
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state of New Jersey.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must have at least 2-5 years of PACU or Critical Care experience.
- Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS.
- Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
- Demonstrate clinical competency, leadership and teaching capabilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.
- Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians.
