The Surgery Center at St. Francis in Memphis, TN, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Verification Clerk to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will play a key role in ensuring that insurance information is accurately verified and processed for our patients across various specialties.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients prior to their scheduled procedures
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and patients to resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient check-in and billing processes
  • Assist with any other clerical duties as required by the office

Required Skills
