Manager, Facilities Operations

The Manager, Facilities Operations provides leadership and oversight for contract administration, accounts payable for Facilities Planning and Construction, capital project support, operational planning, yearly budgeting
for the off-site locations and work order management for all of the off-site medical office buildings, procurement, and regulatory compliance for Facilities Planning. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, supporting capital and operational initiatives, overseeing departmental financial performance, and ensuring organizational compliance with policies and procedures.  Serves as a key liaison between Facilities Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Project Management, and Executive Leadership. The position directly supervises two Project Engineers and one Administrative Coordinator, providing leadership, performance management, and operational direction.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10+ years Construction and Maintenance Contract Administration
• 7-10 years experience processing maintenance contracts, Medical Office Building Operating and Construction Budget experience

Preferred:

Associates Degree or higher in Property Management or equivalent experience
