The Change Management Consultant leads and supports organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and execute change strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement, performance, and outcomes.

Required Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 3–8+ years of experience in healthcare change management, performance improvement, or consulting.

 

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree (MHA, MPH, MBA)
  • Clinical background (RN, LVN, or allied health) strongly preferred
  • Experience with EHR systems, such as Epic Systems
  • Certification in change management (Prosci, ACMP)

Minimum Salary

$99,840.00

Maximum Salary

$151,840.00
