The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator provides support to TA team in a variety of projects ATS configuration, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Provides recruitment operations support to recruiters, hiring managers, leadership, job seekers and new hires. Serves as recruitment marketing administrator for recruitment ad placements, corporate LinkedIn, indeed accounts and any other recruitment resources. Acts as account administrator for multiple recruitment operations vendors including background verification onboarding. Conducts training for new hiring managers across IDS on ATS functionality, new releases and how to open requisitions, update job descriptions and overall recruitment process. Creates and updates user guides for talent acquisition and hiring managers. Assists with internal employee transfers and compliance regulation.

- Ensures reports are accurate and distributed in a timely manner.
- Partners with HR Team to ensure ATS is up to date with necessary changes completed in timely manner.
- Ensures ATS requests have appropriate approval and notifies all appropriate stakeholders when updated.
- Proactively reviews and analyzes ATS recruitment processes.
- Troubleshoots and resolves system issues.
- Maintains ATS job templates and user accounts.
- Trains hiring managers on ATS
Required Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- 2-years Human Resources experience
