The Human Resources Program Specialist report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing various human resources programs and initiatives within an organization. This role involves a blend of administrative, strategic, and project management tasks, contributing to a positive employee experience and the overall success of HR functions. The Human Resources Program Specialist provides support to Human Resources Department in a variety of projects including reporting, key metrics, data analysis, HR communications and updating policies in a fast-paced environment. The HR Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of various HR programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams to enhance the employee experience, communication and ensure HR compliance. They will be a subject matter expert with HR marketing campaigns, newsletter creation and distribution, serves as recruitment marketing administrator for recruitment ad placements, corporate LinkedIn, Indeed accounts and any other recruitment resources. Acts as account administrator for multiple Human Resource operations vendors.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with and analyze data.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts.
- Proven experience in creating and managing employee communication campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Required Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum two 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on program support or administration.
Preferred:
- Experience sourcing for healthcare industry
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with Oracle
- Creative content creation skills
