The Manager Data Center is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing PIH Health Network/Data Center. This role will provide leadership and guidance in the selection, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide Network-Data Center structure. Leads and executes the technical infrastructure of the data center operations. Partners with chief officers, IT leadership to ensure infrastructure aligns and functions properly.

Experience with healthcare-specific systems (EMR/EHR, telehealth, etc.) and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (NIST, ISO 27001).

Hands-on knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and experience with monitoring and performance management tools.

Experience with modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in healthcare settings.

Required Experience
Required:

Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline

Work experience managing critical systems and technical infrastructure at scale

Experience with audit compliance both internal and external

Demonstrable experience leading projects and delivering against commitments and timelines

Experience with open-source hardware designs

Experience designing and implementing strategies
