The Director, IT Application Delivery is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of PIH Health application systems. This role will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for applications that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide leadership and guidance in the selection, implementation, and management of enterprise software systems. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including application developers, analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Oversee administrative functions within Information Technology, including staffing, procurement, and contract management.

Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the IT organization, including the management of IT assets and resources.

Develop and oversee IT onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization.

Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the IT team.

Promote continuous learning and professional development within the IT organization.

Establish and oversee IT governance frameworks to ensure effective prioritization and management of IT demand, projects and initiatives.

Defines and implements centralized demand and program/project management process and tools, including associated policies, templates, dashboards, and metrics.

Creates concise, informative, and meaningful management reports to highlight program/project issues and progress and monitor compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Implement best practices for project management, including risk management, resource allocation, and performance measurement.

Ensure tools and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

Continuously evaluate and improve IT tooling and processes to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Intersects with IT Finance to develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Ensures financial accuracy, and implement workflows and technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency to support our financial goals.

Monitor and report on IT financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and improvement.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop IT staff, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Required Experience
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

3 to 7 years of experience in Program Management, Finance, or IT management.

Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight within an IT organization.
Preferred:

Master's Degree or advanced certifications
