This is a temporary position for a term of 6 months.

The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to HR management and PIH Health employees and day to day project execution within the Human Resources department.

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Excel, Word & Access
  • Ability to maintain data within HR Systems with direction 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and be flexible with changing priorities

Required Experience

 Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources administrative role
  • HRIS experience
