Under direct supervision of the POM Manager when performing general plumbing work for construction projects and corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and building systems throughout the PIH Health Hospital campus as directed.

- Possess sufficient expertise in plumbing, knowledge of uniform plumbing code (UPC), and general knowledge of other maintenance skills to minimize the need to utilize outside contractors.
- Knowledgeable of material and work procedures used in plumbing and construction.
- Able to read blueprints
- Demonstrate competence in plumbing
Required Experience
Required:
- High School, GED, or trade school graduate with courses in arithmetic and plumbing.
- 3-5 years of experience in general plumbing.
- Requires a valid California Driver’s License.
Preferred:
- Hospital plumbing experience
